We take pride in the durability and quality of our headsets and accessories. Our warranty policy is designed to be fair, clear, and customer-friendly - because we know that things happen.


๐ŸŽง Standard Headsets โ€“ 365-Day Limited Warranty

All standard headsets are covered by a 365-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

- Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

- Limited accidental damage (e.g., dropped headset, broken wire, light water exposure) โ€” subject to review

- Trim issues (clips, buttons, eartips, etc.) โ€” see repair kit section below

This warranty does not cover:

- Severe misuse, neglect, or intentional damage

- Full water submersion

- Lost or stolen items

If your headset fails under covered conditions, weโ€™ll provide a free replacement.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on replacement items.


๐Ÿงฐ Trim Issues โ€“ Repair Kit Program

For minor issues such as:

- Broken or missingย clips

- Worn or damagedย buttons

- Loose or lostย small hardware or fittings

We offer a repair kit to help you restore functionality without replacing the entire headset.

Repair kits are free โ€” just pay for shipping.

๐Ÿฅ‡ FilmPro X & Elite Series โ€“ Lifetime Warranty

Our premium FilmPro X and Elite Series headsets are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, valid for the usable life of the original product.

Whatโ€™s Covered:

- Manufacturing defects

- Limited accidental damage

- Eligible trim issues (via repair kit)

What "Lifetime" Means:

- Theย lifetime of the product, NOT the customer

- Typical lifespan isย 3โ€“5 years under normal use

Replacements & Repairs:

- A free replacement will be issued for qualifying issues

- Replacement units come with aย 365-day warranty

- If a replacement fails after 365 days, we may offer aย discounted replacement

- Repair kits are available during the product's usable life

Shipping: Customers cover shipping for replacements and repair kits.


๐Ÿ“Ž Accessories โ€“ No Warranty

Accessories such as eartips, foam covers, adapters, and clips are not covered under warranty, but may be included in repair kits if applicable.

Products not made by us are not covered under our warranty. These are supported under their original manufacturerโ€™s warranty policy.
