Born and raised in Bosnia-Sarajevo, Rania (Nia) Seran has always had a passion for the fast-paced, creative world of film production. At just 23 years old, she has already made a name for herself as the Executive Assistant at On Set Headsets, where she has been an integral part of the team for the past two years.

Before stepping into her current role, Nia worked as a makeup artist in the film industry, giving her a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective on the demands of production. This experience allows her to anticipate the needs of both crew members and clients, ensuring seamless communication and operations at On Set Headsets. Whether she’s coordinating logistics, assisting customers, or managing day-to-day tasks, she brings both efficiency and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Beyond the office, Nia is a familiar face at industry expos like Cine Gear Expo and IBC, always ready to connect with fellow professionals. Her signature on-set accessory? The Malibu Tubeez—her trusted companion for staying connected in the midst of the action.
