We take pride in the durability and quality of our headsets and accessories. Our warranty policy is designed to be fair, clear, and customer-friendly - because we know that things happen.


🎧 Standard Headsets – 365-Day Limited Warranty

All standard headsets are covered by a 365-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

- Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

- Limited accidental damage (e.g., dropped headset, broken wire, light water exposure) — subject to review

- Trim issues (clips, buttons, eartips, etc.) — see repair kit section below

This warranty does not cover:

- Severe misuse, neglect, or intentional damage

- Full water submersion

- Lost or stolen items

If your headset fails under covered conditions, we’ll provide a free replacement.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on replacement items.


🧰 Trim Issues – Repair Kit Program

For minor issues such as:

- Broken or missing clips

- Worn or damaged buttons

- Loose or lost small hardware or fittings

We offer a repair kit to help you restore functionality without replacing the entire headset.

Repair kits are free — just pay for shipping.

🥇 FilmPro X & Elite Series – Lifetime Warranty

Our premium FilmPro X and Elite Series headsets are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, valid for the usable life of the original product.

What’s Covered:

- Manufacturing defects

- Limited accidental damage

- Eligible trim issues (via repair kit)

What "Lifetime" Means:

- The lifetime of the product, NOT the customer

- Typical lifespan is 3–5 years under normal use

Replacements & Repairs:

- A free replacement will be issued for qualifying issues

- Replacement units come with a 365-day warranty

- If a replacement fails after 365 days, we may offer a discounted replacement

- Repair kits are available during the product's usable life

Shipping: Customers cover shipping for replacements and repair kits.


📎 Accessories – No Warranty

Accessories such as eartips, foam covers, adapters, and clips are not covered under warranty, but may be included in repair kits if applicable.


🛒 Third-Party Products

Products not made by us are not covered under our warranty. These are supported under their original manufacturer’s warranty policy.
